Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for digital products and physical products, which are treated differently.
Digital Products (Downloads, Datasheets, Files)
No Refunds on Digital Products
- All digital products are non-refundable
- Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded
This includes:
- Datasheets
- Documentation packs
- Design files
- Any downloadable content
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files such as PCB designs, Gerber files, and documentation), all digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once the download has been accessed or delivered.
This policy applies to all products marked as “Digital File”.
Access Issues
If you face problems accessing your digital purchase, please contact us.
We will assist with re-access or file delivery.

Physical Products
Eligible for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Not Eligible for Returns
- Change of mind
- Incorrect usage or mishandling
- Damage after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
Return Window
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
Refund or Replacement Process
- Replacement or refund approval is subject to verification
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
