Overview

The 3.5 MM Audio Female Jack Breakout Module MX9B1 is a compact and breadboard-friendly PCB designed to simplify audio interfacing in electronic projects. It converts a standard 3.5 mm stereo audio jack into clearly labeled 2.54 mm header pins, allowing quick and reliable connections to microcontrollers, amplifiers, and audio circuits.

This module breaks out the Left (L) and Right (R) audio channels along with Ground (GND), making it ideal for stereo audio input or output applications. In addition, the onboard switch pins (LSW and RSW) enable plug-in detection and automatic signal routing, useful for smart audio switching and embedded system control.
